I am completely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication, decency, and accountability with the Mr. Tire Parkville location! Early in the summer I had set an appointment for a diagnostic. At the store, the manager and I went over the invoice and decided in which sequence to make repairs. There was no set schedule or return date to begin repairs during this discussion, because I did not have the parts. There were 3 main labor-intensive phases. Intently, I gave them my cell phone number to update my client profile in person. However, the cell phone number and email address that was printed on the invoice did not match my personal information. During the last week in August, I set up an online appointment with the parts for the first sequence. The requested appointment was set for Friday morning, so I dropped off my car on Thursday night. I saw a couple vehicles parked outside, so I anticipated a long wait or busy day. I saw at least 4 vehicles parked near the garage bay area. Friday came and went without any communication from the store. There were no calls to inform me of any prolonged wait, progress on my vehicle, or other reasons why there were no updates from

My wife and I always come to this NTB location whenever we need tires. They’re consistently fair, honest, and respectful of your time as a customer. Today I needed fast service and they were incredibly accommodating, getting me in and out in under 45 minutes. No pushy upselling, just honest recommendations for things to keep an eye on down the road. This is why we keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS--it could be your whole car. I came in for a new tire and an oil change in August of 2024. My spare was not returned to me after the work was complete and I had to return the next day to ask for someone to look for it. The bolt at the bottom of my oil pan was only hand-tightened as well--it fell out a few weeks later and all of the oil drained out of my engine. I'm so lucky that it didn't destroy my engine, but it's now 4/2026 and I have yet to be reimbursed for the cost of towing and getting my engine examined. The store manager mis-filed my complaint 3 or 4 times before giving me the corporate number, who have given me nothing but the run-around since. No accountability, no transparency, no follow-through--most of my friends now refuse to get their oil changed by a shop at all.

I came to Mr. Tire after work on 06/17/26 because my rear passenger side tire had.a slow leak. There was only one mechanic working that day and he repaired my tire and completed working on another customer's issue at the same time which was very impressive. I don't know his name but he was professional, efficient, and friendly. The receptionist was friendly too. I love the service I received and will continue to use and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you! .

I had a flat tire and the first place I thought of was Mr.Tire. I knew they have been on Joppa Rd for years. Had a great experience! Joe, the Store Manager, was very nice, knowledgeable, and explained to me the condition of my flat tire, including, the other tires. I decided to get new tires knowing these tires had worn and it has been awhile since I purchased tires. I didn't have to wait long at all! Price was reasonable. I know I got a good job. Thank you so much!
